As new season started, the car feels more and more pleasant to drive.

Just in spring 2010 my Sprint went for some mechanical check up and service, which put the engine in mint condition.

It is very fast

Not to forget, here will be spot for another story, one racing Sprint, called Sprintina.

Mechanicaly rebuilt for second time

On 30. october 2002 Number 3 shared suspension and some other parts to Red Bird. Afterwards, Number 3 went for racing project overhauling.

Early years

Pictures of my Sprint from 1984 until 2000 when it underwent renewal of body.

But then struck again

Several years latter my dad occasionaly spoke about that Alfa, often mentioning Sprint as a younger sister of Alfasud.

Addition in 2001: Alfa Sprint 1.5 QV which was so bad, it served only for parts.

As the fleet grow.

It's quite funny that all the time driving new cars I allways thought of that unique driving feeling my Alfa could only prove.

How it all started

Well, it's quite a long story. I was never much aware of Alfas, before my dad got Alfasud in 1986.

Alfa GTV 2.0

First of expanding fleet, driven for one year then prepaired to be transformed to a racing car, but plans latter canceled due to poor condition.

La Sprintina prior to renovation

As a year ago we started to rebuild Sprintina, here are some fotos. Note new color.

Sprint out of box

Early in spring 2010 Red Bird took third and last renowation, interior and then engine. Also wheels were new to be put on it.

Second life - part two

Day after mechanical swap with No. 3, The Red Bird posed for fotosession. Note new interior, lower suspension and Speedline 14 inch wheels.

Latter on I stil use my first Sprint traveling to study place in Ljubljana, but next, engine went bad.

My first Alfa I got in 1994. Reason I became Alfista. Stil work in progress, but much in good shape. Reapearance on roads in spring 2003.
